The Popcorn Factory

Normally, when someone thinks of popcorn, what comes to mind is probably a trip to the movie theater or cheese popcorn in a bag. If they are adventurous, they might think of the variety popped on the stove at home, or the microwave type that is so prevalent in most households, you know, the kind that you simply pop the bag in the microwave and with the touch of a few buttons, voila, fresh, hot, buttered (if so desired) popcorn. For those people, I say if you only knew what you were missing!

A visit to the online site, The Popcorn Factory, which I found through the shopping link right here at iFoodGifts.com, offers such an array of popcorn and other fun food items, that I will most likely never look at popcorn in the same way again. Who would have thought of popcorn as a gift item that someone would actually want to receive? They have popcorn themed gifts for celebrations such as Birthdays, Halloween, Thank You, New Baby, Get Well, Congratulations, and special occasions for your favorite kids, Fourth of July celebrations, and just about any other occasion you can think up or imagine.

With Halloween arriving soon, I decided to browse their suggestions for that holiday, and was I ever in for a treat. A few of the gift ideas I uncovered included the following:

A two-gallon Halloween decorated tin named 'Boo! 7 Way Snack'. It comes with individually packaged snacks that includes four different types of popcorn, including jalapeno, white cheddar, cheddar, and caramel. So many times, I have thought that a food gift would be ideal, yet I knew the intended gift recipient was not a sweet lover, or the occasion was not appropriate for a cheese or sausage tray, or any other food gift I could think up. Now I know what I was missing! Popcorn, packaged nicely, is an ideal gift for numerous occasions, and for a wide range of ages.
